TAEKWONDO
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that is recognized as one of the oldest forms of martial arts in the world, reaching back over 2,000 years. It is the most widely practiced martial art with over 80 million practitioners in 203 countries. Taekwondo is also only one of two Asian martial arts accepted as official Olympic sports. By practicing Taekwondo, you and your family will maintain physical and mental control while learning an art form rich in both history and tradition.
